Ben is based in New York City and works throughout the tri-state region, traveling readily to various parts of the country as well as abroad.

Ben photographs architecture, people, and the performing arts. He works closely with architects, builders, designers, and decorators to make images that communicate their ideas and intentions while granting viewers a taste and feeling of the created environments. In a similar way, Ben photographs dance, theater, and performances in ways that invite viewers to experience the moments themselves.

Architecture firms, institutions, dance companies, schools, ad agencies, non-profit groups, and performing arts organizations routinely use his work in portfolios, annual reports, brochures, and marketing materials.
